1. Competition commences at 8am, 2nd December 2006 and closes at midnight 22 December 2006.
2. To be eligible, customers must:
   • Be 18 years of age or over;
3. Customers can choose not to participate in the competition or prize draw by advising the Call Centre (13 13 85).
4. Prize winners:
   • Will be selected at random from entrants scoring above 75% in the How Waterwise Are You? on-line quiz.
   • Will be notified by e-mail and mail.  No proxies will be accepted and proof of identity, to the satisfaction of the Water Corporation, will be required; if requested;
   • Shall agree to participate in publicity or advertising as requested by the Water Corporation; and
   • Shall agree to have their name published by the Water Corporation in both internal and external publications as required.
5. Prize:
   • Value is in Australian dollars; and
   • Is not negotiable or redeemable for cash.
6. Prizes consist of :
   • Five 4 star rated Washing Machines supplied and delivered by Rick Hart
   • Five swimming pool covers and rollers supplied and delivered by Elite Pool Covers
   • 10 4 star rated Showerheads supplied by DORF
   • 50 double passes to any Movies by Burswood screening (except no free list)
   • 1000 Water Saver kits
   • The prize winner cannot vary or substitute the prize awarded; and
   • Does not include installation of any of the items listed.
7. The Water Corporation's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Employees² (including contract and agency staff) of the Water Corporation, their immediate families³ and associated agencies are not eligible to enter or to win any prize offered in this promotion.
9. The Water Corporation shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct and consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of using any of the prizes.
10. The Water Corporation reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice and which may operate retrospectively if so determined by the Water Corporation.
11. Entry into this competition shall be deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

³ Immediate family shall be deemed to include mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, husband, wife or de facto husband or wife, living at the same residential address as the employee, contract or agency staff.
